For 35 years, Ty Mair has been at the heart of the Felinfoel community, offering high‑quality residential EMI and nursing care for up to 82 residents. We’re proud of our long-standing reputation, our dedicated staff, and the homely environment we’ve created together. Now, we’re looking for a Senior Care Assistant who shares our values and wants to make a meaningful difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional, person‑centred care. You’ll support the care team, help coordinate daily routines, mentor junior staff, and work closely with nurses and management to maintain the highest standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
Previous experience in care is essential, and experience in a senior role is desirable.
