Position: Dispenser (Temporary)

Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Minimum 2 months, ongoing (work may be seasonal: September–January and April–June)
25 hours per week to start but this may increase.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and flexible Dispenser to join our friendly pharmacy team on a temporary basis with an immediate start. Due to our continued growth and busy periods, we are looking for someone ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact in a thriving community pharmacy environment. Please note this work may be seasonal, covering our busier periods of September to January and April to June.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately dispense medications according to prescriptions and pharmacy protocols. Maintain accurate pharmacy records and stock management systems using ProScript. Provide excellent customer service and support to patients. Work collaboratively with our friendly pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations. Adapt quickly to our systems, processes, and team dynamics. Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Person Specification
Minimum one year's UK dispensing experience.
Proficiency with ProScript / Scriptcheck software.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ready for immediate start.
Terms
Temporary contract, minimum two months. Competitive hourly rate. Full training and support provided. Flexible working arrangements where possible.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
