Purpose
Own the customer experience from arrival to departure and keep the floor running warm, clean, and well-stocked.
Your job
- Take part in store opening
- Welcome customers and take their orders
- Process, prepare and deliver orders
- Make sure customers are happy with their product
- Perform to KPIs — reviews, and number of drinks and meals sold
- Collaborate with an exciting, dynamic marketing team
- Take part in store breakdown
Customer experience
- Own the customer journey, start to finish
- Set the tone — warm, welcoming, genuinely happy
- Take and act on customer feedback
Service
- Make all hot drinks
- Make all cold drinks
- Serve food to the table
- Take payments
Opening & closing
- Store setup and breakdown
- Prep all opening materials and syrups
Cleaning & maintenance
- Clean the store and reset tables throughout service
- Follow cleaning procedures for all machinery
Stock
- Run stock checks

Hours
20–40 hours per week.
Shift pattern
- 4, 6 and 8-hour shifts
- Opening times 7am to 9pm, daily
Pay
Minimum wage to 20p above, depending on experience
