We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Care Assistant to join our friendly team caring for elderly residents in our residential care home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of older people by providing high-quality care, companionship, and support.
Please note: This role requires flexibility to work a mixture of shifts between 7:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–9:00pm, including every other weekend.
Main Duties
- Providing personal care and support to residents with dignity and respect.
- Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration.
- Building positive relationships and offering companionship.
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns.
- Maintaining accurate care records.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care.

- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
