Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area. Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage front desk operations, including handling enquiries and providing information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Vision and Docman as required
- Maintain organised records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Support other administrative staff with various clerical tasks to ensure office efficiency
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks, demonstrating attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately under pressure
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
