The Role
We are seeking an experienced systems analyst to join our growing business systems team. This role will be responsible for the ongoing development, optimisation, support, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple business functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Warehousing, and IT to ensure our D365 platform continues to deliver maximum business value. You will lead system improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, manage integrations, and support strategic transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Design and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Configure and support core modules including: Finance, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution
- Manage system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support integrations with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, eCommerce platforms, and third-party applications.
- Work with Dual Write, Dataverse, Logic Apps, APIs, and Azure integration technologies.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, and release management activities.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Deliver training and support to business users.
- Maintain system documentation and operating procedures.
- Work with Microsoft partners and third-party suppliers to deliver projects successfully.
What We're Looking For:
Use and knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is preferred, but not essential
- Proven experience supporting and developing enterprise level ERP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial, operational, and supply chain processes.
- Experience delivering implementations, upgrades, or optimisation projects.
- Strong understanding of security, roles, workflows, and configuration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Additional Desirable skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Understanding of X++, extensions, and development lifecycle management.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.
- Experience operating within a manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, or distribution environment.
- Experience with: Dual Write, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, Electronic Reporting (ER), Data Management Framework (DMF)
- Microsoft certifications relating to Dynamics 365.
