We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our exceptional care team and oversee daily operations at our registered service.
The Role will include:
- The management of overall daily operations.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff.
- Maintain high-quality, person-centred care.
What You will Need:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in social care.
- Strong knowledge of current care regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
