Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, professional and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in the home.
Experience:
- Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (must be able to type on a computer or iPad)
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Patience and understanding
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Expectations:
- Flexible with working days mornings/afternoons/evenings to include a share of weekends.
- To complete and stay up to date with all required training (paid)
- To work in line with the organisations polices and procedures
Payment hourly £12.71
Pay: £12.71 per hour
