Due to our continued success and growing demand, we are looking for a passionate, skilled, and experienced Section Chef to join our talented kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your section, work with quality ingredients, and play a key role in maintaining the high standards that have earned Andalucia its outstanding reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Run your designated kitchen section, ensuring it is organised and service-ready.
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to Andalucia's high standards.
- Maintain consistency, quality and attention to detail during service.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP procedures at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.
- Help manage stock, reduce waste and keep your section clean and organised.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Section Chef in a busy kitchen.
- A passion for producing high-quality food and attention to detail.
- The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and split shifts.
Hours, Pay and Benefits
This is a full-time, permanent position, contracted at 30–40 hours per week, with opportunities for paid overtime.
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience. In addition to your hourly wage, our gratuity system typically provides an additional £500–£850 per month.
