Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons while crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide a welcoming atmosphere will enhance the overall guest experience in our establishment.
During busy times you will support floor staff as and when required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and keeping track of stock usage.
- Assist in training new staff members on techniques and customer service standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced till at the end of each shift.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry required.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and food safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory effectively.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
