Job Overview:
To provide leadership to the care staff within Nutten Stoven.
To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the management team.
To supervise the care services within Nutten Stoven in accordance with agreed standards.
Work in co-operation with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximize opportunities for Service Users.
To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices as up-to-date.
Writing and reviewing of care plans.
Administering of medication.
Location:
Nutten Stoven, but you may be required to work from other locations at the discretion of the company and with appropriate notice.
Working Hours:
2 x 12-hour days over a 7-day period with alternate weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: £13.79 per hour

Essential requirements for the role:
Good English - Written and verbal
Experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Problem solving skills
NVQ level 2 or above.
Desirable requirements for the role:
Supervisory or management qualification
