Early Years Practitioner – Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, SL9
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year / £14.42 per hour (depending on age, qualifications and experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 8:00am-6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful Montessori nursery in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9.
Our exceptional purpose-built nursery is located in the heart of Gerrards Cross, just a two-minute walk from the train station, making it ideal for non-drivers. We proudly embrace the Montessori approach, encouraging independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. This role will likely be based within either the baby or toddler room and offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team that truly values and invests in its staff.

Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate EYFS activities and learning experiences
- Support children during play, meals, and daily routines
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming learning environment
- Build positive relationships with parents and share children's progress
- Promote children's development, wellbeing, and independence
About You
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
- Montessori knowledge or experience desirable but not essential
- Passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
