Operations Clerk
About the role
Aerial Services is currently looking for an Operations Clerk who will be responsible for overseeing a group of engineers ensuring they complete all scheduled jobs in a timely manner and dealing with any issues that may arise from these. The role requires you to be a confident individual who is able to multi-task.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Always Comply with Data Protection Act when handling calls
- Subsequently updating systems with accurately and in a timely manner
- Administer and respond to customer queries
- Working in a close-knit team
- Dealing with issues from engineers and customers
- Making sure your engineers are completing their duties on time
- Confident working within a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards staff and customers
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday with one in two Saturdays paid as overtime.
· *Salary £23,400 Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm + 1 in every 2 Saturdays (OT for Saturdays - salary approx. £25/£26K)
