We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Telescopic Loading Shovel Driver to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role based in a waste management environment, where you will play a key part in daily operations.

- Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour
- Location: Core Fusion Skip Hire
- Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 07:00 AM – 01:00 PM (Every other week)
Role & Responsibilities
- Operating a telescopic loading shovel safely and efficiently around the yard.
- Working as an integral part of a small, hardworking team to sort various types of waste materials.
- Loading sorted materials accurately into the correct containers, skips, or vehicles.
- Ensuring daily machine checks are carried out and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhering strictly to health, safety, and site regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating a Telescopic Loading Shovel.
- Valid, accredited operator ticket/certification (e.g., CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent).
- A strong work ethic with a proactive, team-player attitude.
- Previous experience within the waste management, recycling, or agricultural sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
