Willow Tree Kids Care provides safe, supportive homes for children and young people. We are looking for Night staff team to join us.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are dedicated to strive for the best outcomes for our children for a home in Kingston for up to two children. We believe every child and young person is entitled to live within a safe and nurturing environment. Somewhere they can grow, develop and reach their full potential.

- Support care planning - contribute to risk assessments, positive behaviour plans, and individual goals.
- Keep accurate, reflective records and complete effective shift handovers.
- Administer medication, manage petty cash responsibly and ensure safety checks are completed.
- Drive company vehicles to transport young people to school, appointments, and activities.
- Work collaboratively with your team, attend meetings and training, and follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of individuals
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
- Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and procedures

Schedule of different shifts throughout the week:
- Rotating 2 week rota
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with children in a residential setting
- Ability to create and implement care plans
- Proficiency in childcare practices
- Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Experience:
- Residential Childcare Ofsted Home: 1 year (required)
- complex needs with children: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
