Overview
We are looking for an experienced iGaming operations professional to take ownership of project delivery across our business. This role covers a range of concurrent project types game development, platform feature development, and new market launches. The successful candidate will have hands-on online casino and sportsbook operations experience, enabling them to manage each project with genuine operational understanding rather than generic project-management process alone. Strong industry connections and awareness of competitor activity are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Project delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver projects — including game development, platform features, and regional market launches on time, within scope, and within budget
- Requirements & scope definition: Gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders to define clear project scope and objectives before delivery begins
- Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with engineering, compliance, QA, content, marketing, and local operations teams to align on objectives and timelines
- Vendor & provider management: Coordinate with third-party game and platform on integration timelines and delivery requirements
- Regulatory translation: Translate jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements (licensing, data protection, responsible gambling) into clear operational and technical project criteria
- Risk & dependency management: Identify risks and dependencies across concurrent projects, conduct root cause analysis when issues arise, and implement corrective actions promptly
- Change management: Manage change requests efficiently, keeping scope, budget, and timeline aligned as project requirements evolve
- Budget & P&L ownership: Prepare OPEX and investment budget projections and cash flow analysis for project and market-launch work, with P&L accountability where relevant
- Market-entry research: Conduct competitor analysis and market studies for target regions, feeding insights back to product and marketing teams
- Licensing & commercial agreements: Support the sourcing and negotiation of commercial licensing, distribution, and supply agreements for new market entry
- Post-launch monitoring: Track post-launch KPIs (uptime, error rates, player feedback, revenue contribution) and drive continuous improvement
- Go-live readiness: Manage acceptance testing, operational handover, monitoring setup, training, and post-launch support processes
- Reporting: Produce regular written reports and presentations on project status, competitor activity, and market conditions for senior leadership
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in iGaming operations, with hands-on knowledge of online casino, sportsbook, and other regulated gaming products (non-negotiable)
- Proven project/programme management experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and on budget
- Experience operating across multiple regulatory jurisdictions, ideally including emerging/less-regulated markets
- Strong understanding of licensing, compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to iGaming
- Experience managing third-party game/platform vendor relationships
- Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership, OPEX/investment planning, and P&L responsibility
- Well-connected within the iGaming industry, with strong awareness of competitor activity and market trends
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and risk-management skills
- Agile/Scrum certification
- Experience launching gaming products in emerging markets
- Familiarity with GLI, UKGC, or equivalent regulatory certification processes
- Working knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
Pay: £45,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
