You’ll join our Digital Workplace team, an encouraging, collaborative group crafting a smooth, empowering experience for everyone working in our offices. Collaborating closely with Digital Workplace, Facilities, Security, and trusted technology partners, we deliver reliable, intuitive, and high-performing workplace services. From meeting room technology and AV systems to end-user devices and on-site support, our team is essential in keeping offices running efficiently and helping colleagues feel ready for success daily.
Could you be our new Senior IT Hardware & AV Technician?
Confident working with workplace hardware across Windows, Apple, mobile devices, and peripherals, including build, imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Experienced using ITSM tools and ITIL‑aligned processes, including incident, request, problem, and change management.
Experienced in coordinating workplace technology projects, including planning, vendor collaboration, and operational handover.
Experienced in managing and maintaining asset management tools, including keeping records accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal processes.
Someone who actively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, helping to streamline workflows, enhance service quality, or increase efficiency through practical, measurable changes.
You’ll be a visible, trusted specialist assisting colleagues to optimise workplace technology. You provide diligent advice and primarily on-site support for hardware, audio-visual systems, and unified communications. This supports easy collaboration in both office and hybrid work environments. You’ll help compose our service by setting standards, leading maintenance efforts, mentoring others, and improving the reliability and usability of our technology.
Deliver high‑quality on‑site support for hardware, AV, and connectivity issues, ensuring colleagues receive clear, timely, and effective help.
Lead the full lifecycle of user‑facing devices and peripherals, ensuring smooth deployment, refresh, repair, and secure retirement.
