Donovan Smith Opticians is a well-established, family-run independent practice in the heart of Brighouse. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, personalised care and building lasting relationships with our patients, many of whom have been with us for years.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring Audiologist (or qualified Hearing Care Professional) to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a practice where quality of care always comes before targets, and where you'll have the time and support to deliver the best possible patient experience.
You'll provide a full range of hearing care services, including:
- Comprehensive hearing assessments
- Hearing aid fittings and aftercare
- Fitting Custom Hearing Protection
- Ear wax removal
- Ongoing patient support and rehabilitation
- Working closely with our optical team to provide an outstanding customer experience
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Audiologist
- Is HCPC registered
- Can conduct ear wax removal (or be willing to be trained for this)
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients
- Shares our values of professionalism, compassion and outstanding customer care
- Works well as part of a close-knit team
