Duties:
- Safely operate a Coach to transport passengers to designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service and address passenger inquiries or concerns
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
- Valid PCV Driving Licence (Category D) and Up to date DQC Card.
- Previous experience as a Coach Driver or similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers and team members
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Mechanical knowledge for basic Vehicle Maintenance and Defect Reporting
- Must have a current DBS (Norfolk Badge), or be willing to gain.
