About London Road:
London Road is a friendly and supportive service in Carlisle, currently supporting two adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy, with plans to welcome another person in the future.

As a Support Worker, you'll provide personalised, person-centred support with day-to-day living, while promoting independence, choice and dignity.

Shift Patterns
This is a 24-hour per week position, working a variety of shifts across a seven-day rota, including weekends and regular sleep-ins.
Typical shifts include:
- Long day with sleep-in: 10:00am to 11:00pm, followed by a sleep-in, then 7:00am to 10:00am the following morning.
- Weekend support shift: 10:00am to 2:00pm, providing dedicated 1:1 support.
Sleep-ins are a regular part of the role, with between one and three sleep-ins each week, depending on the needs of the service.
Weekend working is shared fairly across the team as part of the rota.
