Central Recruitment are a recruitment agency working with a large distribution centre in Bamber Bridge.
Due to continued growth and acquiring a new company they are looking to expand their team.
The role will involve training for 2-3 months in Telford on a weekly basis. You will work out of the Bamber Bridge site on Monday and then travel in a team to Telford and work there for three days.
When working in Telford accommodation and food will be paid for
In November when all operations are moved to Bamber Bridge you will work full time at this site. The travel is purely for training.
Duties will include:
- Operating a moulding machine
- Packing at the end of the line
- Quality checking as the product forms
- Trimming the end product
- Labelling
- Reading packaging instructions in English
The position is working a 6-2pm or 2-10pm shift. Shift allowance is paid at 13%
This is a temporary to permanent position. They are looking for applicant that want to stay and develop their skills with the company
Candidates applying for this position must be willing to work away while training. Have previous manufacturing experience.
Candidates from a machine operating, manufacturing, production background would be ideal for the role.
Immediate start for the right candidate. Based in PR5 and easily accessible on public transport and free parking, on-site canteen.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
