Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

- Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, utilizing effective merchandising and promotional techniques.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising displays, and loss prevention measures.

- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, staff training, performance evaluations, and reporting.
- Communicate clearly with staff and customers through excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated success in sales management, merchandising, and organizational planning.
- Experience in retail management including inventory control, administrative duties, and time management.
