Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Social Media)
Location: Leicester (split across two dental practices)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) – flexible working considered
Salary: £32,000–£40,000 per year (depending on experience) + performance bonus
About Us:
We are two established, modern dental practices in Leicester with an excellent reputation for patient care. Our ambition is to become the leading provider of dental implants, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry in the region through exceptional patient experiences and high-quality digital marketing. We are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive who wants to make a measurable impact rather than simply manage social media.
The Role:
This is a hands-on role responsible for increasing enquiries, improving Google rankings and growing our private patient base. You will work closely with the practice owners to plan, create and deliver digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, paid advertising and website content.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)* Improve local Google rankings for key treatments.* Optimise Google Business Profiles.* Carry out keyword research.* Create SEO-optimised service pages and blog articles.* Build high-quality backlinks.* Improve website speed and user experience.* Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.* Track keyword rankings and competitor performance.
Website Management:
* Update WordPress websites.
* Create new landing pages.
* Improve conversion rates.
* Ensure all content is accurate and up to date.
* Optimise calls to action and enquiry forms.
Social Media
* Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram content.
* Film and edit short-form videos and Reels
* Photograph treatments and practice life.
* Promote patient success stories (with consent).
* Increase engagement and follower growth.
* Maintain a consistent brand image across both practices.
Paid Advertising
* Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
* Optimise advertising spend.
* Produce landing pages for campaigns.
* Measure return on investment.
* Generate high-quality implant, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry enquiries.
Content Creation
* Write educational blog posts.
* Produce email newsletters.
* Design graphics using Canva.
* Create patient information materials.
* Develop treatment-focused campaigns throughout the year.
Analytics & Reporting
Produce a monthly marketing report including:
* Website traffic* Google rankings
* Leads generated* Implant enquiries
* Invisalign enquiries* Cost per lead
* Social media growth
* Return on advertising spend
Essential Skills
* 2+ years’ digital marketing experience
* Proven SEO experience* Meta Ads Manager
* Google Analytics 4
* Google Search Console
* WordPress
* Canva
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Photography/video editing experience
Desirable Skills
* Dental or healthcare marketing experience
* Google Ads
* HubSpot or CRM experience
* Email marketing platforms
* Basic HTML/CSS* AI tools such as ChatGPT
* CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 12 months you will aim to:
* Increase organic website traffic by at least 30%.
* Rank on the first page of Google for priority local keywords.
* Increase implant consultation enquiries.
* Increase Invisalign enquiries.
* Improve website conversion rates.
* Grow social media engagement and reach.
* Deliver a positive return on advertising spend.
