We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to the team and clients.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy using various software tools
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Managing accounts and overseeing basic bookkeeping functions
- Supporting the team with administrative duties such as ordering supplies and coordinating office maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong computer skills including data entry, document formatting, and email management
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
- Previous clerical experience preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
