You will help shape and maintain CIMA's qualification portfolio, providing expert direction across the full qualification lifecycle—from design through evaluation and continuous improvement.
You will lead a range of contributors and subject matter experts, ensuring that they implement qualification design activities to a high professional standard and ground them in evidence and industry best practice.
You will deliver qualification development projects; and oversee planning, progress, and quality control. The ultimate goal is to ensure each product is delivered on time, to scope, and according to organisational priorities.
You will report to the Lead Manager - CIMA Qualification Development and use a hybrid in-office / remote work schedule.
You Have:

Bachelors' degree or equivalent.

3+ years' professional experience designing qualifications
-
Experience delivering research or development activities in assessment, curriculum, or learning design within a professional or public awarding body.

Experience facilitating in workshops or workstreams involving other teams and subject matter experts.

Exposure to qualification development processes within regulated frameworks.

Awareness of psychometrics and assessment technologies
