As Chef de Partie, you will run your own section within a busy and professional kitchen, working closely with the senior chefs to maintain the high standards the property is known for.
This role would suit a passionate chef who enjoys working with quality produce in a calm, organised, and genuinely supportive environment.
Duties:
- Run your own section during prep and service
- Work with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Maintain consistency and presentation standards
- Support junior chefs within the brigade
- Ensure excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation at all times
- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
