The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Technical Sales Administrator to support our outbound sales activity. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer engagement, lead generation, account management, and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct proactive outbound calls to prospective customers
· Manage and qualify sales leads
· Develop and nurture existing accounts
· Support opportunity tracking and sales pipeline management
· Prepare quotations, pricing studies, and cost reviews
· Handle inbound enquiries and identify customer needs
· Maintain CRM systems and produce monthly reports
· Coordinate internally with engineering and operations teams
· Undertake market, customer, and competitor research
About You
· Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales, business development or technical administration
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· Confident, inquisitive, and results-driven
· Excellent numeracy and PC skills
· Fluent English (additional European languages advantageous, especially German)
· Interest in engineering, science, or technology preferred
