Los Mochis City is looking for an exceptional Senior Restaurant Manager to help lead our flagship restaurant in the heart of the City of London.
Located on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street,Los Mochis City spans over 14,000 sq ft with an additional 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace overlooking the London skyline. Combining the bold flavours of Mexico with the precision of Japan,we have created one of London's most exciting dining destinations.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join a fast-growing,award-winning hospitality group where people,culture and exceptional guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
As Senior Restaurant Manager,you will be one of the operational leaders responsible for driving the daily success of one of London's busiest premium restaurants.
Working closely with the General Manager,senior leadership team and Head Office,you will inspire a large front-of-house team,maintain exceptional service standards and create an environment where both guests and employees thrive.
The Senior Restaurant Manager will lead by example on the floor,developing managers and supervisors,driving commercial performance and ensuring every service reflects the energy,warmth and attention to detail that defines Los Mochis.
This role requires someone who thrives in high-volume premium hospitality and is passionate about developing people as much as delivering outstanding guest experiences.
What You'll Be Doing

Leading daily restaurant operations across multiple service periods.

Coaching,mentoring and developing Restaurant Managers,Assistant Managers and Supervisors.

Creating a culture of accountability,teamwork and genuine hospitality.

Ensuring consistently exceptional guest experiences through visible floor leadership.

Driving financial performance,productivity and labour efficiency.

Monitoring service standards and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.

Working collaboratively with the kitchen,bar,reservations and events teams.

Supporting recruitment,onboarding and ongoing development of the front-of-house team.

Managing employee engagement,retention and performance.

Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety,food safety and compliance.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager who combines commercial awareness with outstanding people leadership.
You'll ideally have:

Significant experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager within premium or luxury hospitality.

Experience leading large,high-volume restaurant teams.

A genuine passion for coaching and developing people.

Outstanding organisational and communication skills.

Strong commercial awareness with experience managing labour,payroll and service performance.

Calm,confident leadership during busy service periods.

Exceptional attention to detail and guest focus.

A positive,hands-on leadership style.
