Retail & Customer Experience Assistant
Location: Park Gate, Southampton (SO31)
Hours: 4 days per week 10am to 5pm plus every other Saturday 9.30am to 4pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour

We're now looking for someone to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, has a passion for fitness and bodybuilding, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
We're a small business with big ambitions, so we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us rather than simply looking for another retail job.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding in-store experience.
- Advising customers on sports nutrition products and helping them choose what's right for their goals.
- Processing sales and operating the till.
- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented.
- Restocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Assisting with deliveries and stock management.
- Processing online orders, packing and preparing for dispatch.
- Helping create content for social media when required.
- Representing the 365 Nutrition brand professionally at all times.
We're looking for someone who is:

- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about fitness, health or bodybuilding.
- Willing to learn about supplements and sports nutrition.
- Proud to go above and beyond rather than doing the bare minimum.
Experience
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of sports nutrition, training or bodybuilding would be a huge advantage, but we'll provide training to the right person with the right attitude.
