Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and motivate the team.
- Supervise bar and floor operations.
- Maintain exceptional service standards.
- Assist with cocktail presentation and quality.
- Support stock counts and cellar organisation.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Challenge 25 and licensing requirements.
- Help train and develop newer team members.
Experience
Previous hospitality experience is essential, with supervisory experience desirable.
Opportunity
You'll have input into service standards, local events and drinks promotions while developing into future management roles.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
