Overview
We are looking for somebody with an interest in music to work the merchandise booth at an upcoming concert at Brixton Jamm on August 20th 6:30pm-10:30pm.

Duties
- Assist with the setup, organisation, and replenishment of merchandise displays to attract guests and maximise sales opportunities
- Support management in inventory control by conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies promptly
- Help coordinate product placement strategies to enhance visual appeal and guest engagement
- Provide friendly, attentive guest services by answering questions about products and guiding guests through their shopping experience
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, ensuring safety standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional events and seasonal displays effectively
- Support management in training new team members on merchandise procedures and guest service standards
Experience
- Previous experience in management, retail, hospitality, or guest services is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure merchandise is presented beautifully and accurately maintained
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist with various store functions as needed
