We work right through from concept to completion, and you would work as an integral part of a multi-service design and installation team and be proactive in ensuring effective communication and production of high-quality information.
Much of your work will be in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Food and Drink Sectors, providing detailed designs on projects ranging from sensitive research facilities to complex and demanding sterile manufacturing environments.
What you'll be doing:
As an MEP Coordinator you shall be fully conversant with the latest versions of Revit & AutoCAD and must be competent in using the following skills:-
This role is responsible for producing high-quality coordinated MEP designs and construction information using Revit and AutoCAD. Duties include coordinating building services such as domestic water, drainage, heating, cooling, HVAC, and containment systems, while working within BIM processes and standards. The position involves creating and maintaining multi-disciplinary 3D models, developing schematic and detailed drawings, and ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and company quality procedures. Working collaboratively with architects, structural engineers, project teams, and clients, the role proactively resolves design issues and delivers accurate, coordinated, and installation-ready information to support successful project delivery.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum ONC relevant sector qualifications.
- Experienced in production of design and co-ordination of turnkey projects including construction, HVAC, mechanical and electrical works.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets is preferred particularly in the construction of laboratories and cleanrooms.
- Conversant with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
