Shield Security Services (Yorkshire) Ltd is expanding our dynamic team, and we are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join us as Relief static guards and Relief Mobile Officers. These roles provide essential cover across our operations, offering flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional security environment.
Role: Relief Controller
As a Relief Satic Guard, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of our operations. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and coordinating Site Security
- Handling incident reports and emergency calls
- Maintaining accurate logs and communication records
- Ensuring service delivery meets company and client expectations
Role: Relief Mobile Officer
Our Relief Mobile Officers provide on-the-ground support and security coverage across client sites. Duties include:
- Conducting mobile patrols using company vehicles
- Responding to alarms and incidents
- Completing detailed site visit and incident reports
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and professionalism at all times
Requirements (Both Roles):
- Full UK Driving Licence (must be able to drive manual vehicles)
- Valid SIA Front Line Licence
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Professional, trustworthy, and self-motivated
