We are now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a team of colleagues, ensuring daily operational targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives on a shift basis
Ensure all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time
Monitor and drive performance against operational KPIs (productivity, quality, service, attendance)
Allocate labour and resources effectively to meet workload demands
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, housekeeping, and compliance
Conduct team briefings, one‑to‑ones, and performance discussions
Manage absence, timekeeping, and disciplinary processes in line with company policy

Previous experience in a First Line Manager / Team Leader role within a warehouse environment
Strong people management and communication skills
Ability to manage performance and address issues confidently and fairly
Good understanding of warehouse operations and processes
Organised, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
