Resident Experience & Lettings
- Be the first point of contact for all enquiries – via phone, email, and property portals like Rightmove.
- Showcase The Trilogy’s lifestyle by delivering engaging property tours and viewings.
- Build genuine relationships with prospective and current residents.
- Manage every stage of the rental journey – from initial enquiry and move-in, through to check-out.
- Provide a warm welcome to all residents and visitors, ensuring everyone feels at home.
- Go above and beyond to anticipate resident needs and deliver exceptional service every day.
Customer Service & Community Engagement
- Maintain our reputation for five-star service – attention to detail is everything!
- Support move-ins with apartment inductions, making every new arrival feel welcome and part of the community.
- Gather and act on resident feedback to continuously improve our service.
- Help build a lively, friendly community that residents are proud to be part of.
Building Operations & Safety
- Coordinate maintenance requests swiftly and efficiently.
- Support building checks, safety audits, and mid-term inspections..
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Administration & Teamwork
- Contribute ideas, take ownership, and work collaboratively with the wider team.
- Be flexible – ready to take on new challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, engaging personality with a genuine passion for property and people.
- Previous lettings or property experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication and admin skills.
- Proactive, positive, and ready to make things happen.
- Organised and reliable – you can juggle priorities and stay cool under pressure.
- A team player with initiative and professionalism.
