N F Global Logistics is a multi modal freight forwarder, we transport our clients goods all over the world by Road, Sea, Air & Rail.
We are looking strengthen our Road Freight Team, we are looking to recruit an European Freight coordinator to work in our Leeds office.

Responsibilities / Main Duties:
Documentation
- Check all commercial, transport, and customs documents for accuracy
Groupage & Consolidation
- Oversee and check daily and scheduled groupage shipments
- Ensure freight is consolidated accurately and dispatched efficiently
- Liaise with warehouse and transport dept.
- Manage shipments from start to finish, liaising with EU partners, UK transport / warehouse.
Supplier & Partner Liaison
- Maintain strong communication to ensure smooth operations
- Build and manage working relationships
- Coordinate with hauliers, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery
Problem Resolution
- Resolve delays, customs holds, documentation issues, and operational issues
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve issues
- Provide updates to all clients & partners
If you have a minimum of 2 years Transport / Freight Forwarding experience and are able to deliver outstanding customer service we would like to hear from you.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
