We’re on the lookout for an experienced full time Front of House team member who’s confident, bubbly, kind, and full of warmth. If you’re a people person with initiative, great energy, experienced in waiting and a passion for creating welcoming moments, this might be your perfect fit.
Who You Are:
- A natural host: friendly, talkative, and respectful with a knack for making people feel seen and valued.
- Experienced in table service, taking orders, greeting guests, and answering the phone with confidence and charm.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet, staying focused in busy moments and self-motivated when things slow down.
- You’ve got drink knowledge (or are keen to learn) and enjoy helping guests discover something delicious.
- Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic and a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Most importantly, you care about the people you work with, the customers you serve, and the place you represent.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming every guest with warmth and genuine care from the moment they step through the door.
- Serving food and drinks efficiently while creating a relaxed, enjoyable experience for all our guests.
- Supporting the flow of the shift, from setting the tone during first arrivals to keeping the energy up through closing.
- Keeping the space clean, organised, and full of good vibes.
- Being a key part of a small team where your initiative and ideas matter.
