Job Overview
We are currently looking for a nighttime porter position at Roos Cardiff, and we are looking for an individual to join our team at Cardiff new bar and kitchen. This role will require being able to clean the venue to our standards, help to prep for food and drink services, and help look acter the venue during the night.
Duties
- Clean and maintain the venue during closing hours.
- Help close the venue
- Perform any opening duties required
- Prep for food service for the next day (peeling potatoes etc.)
- Prep for drink services. (prepping fruit and juices etc.)
- Be the only person in the venue during closing hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of security procedures and CCTV monitoring systems is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest services with a friendly and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of safety and service
- Hospitality certifications or training are a plus but not required
- Previous cleaning expierience.
