About the Role
OGV Taproom is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Event Staff to join our team on a flexible zero-hours basis.
We host a range of events throughout the year, including live music, private parties, corporate events and busy weekend nights. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hospitality work alongside other commitments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
- Taking and serving drink orders
- Working behind the bar during busy events
- Preparing cocktails and other drinks
- Supporting private parties, live events and functions
- Helping with venue set-up and clear-down
- Keeping the bar and customer areas clean and organised
- Following licensing, health & safety and hygiene procedures
- Working as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly
- Helping create a fun and positive atmosphere for our customers
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Customer-focused and professional
- Flexible with availability, particularly evenings and weekends
- Able to remain calm and organised when things get busy
Previous hospitality or bar experience is preferred, but not essential. Full training can be provided for the right person.
