Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Teesside (1 Day Per Week)
We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support one of our clients based in Teesside.
The role is 1 day per week, working from the client’s offices, and will primarily involve:
- Agreeing and negotiating final accounts.
- Assessing and negotiating construction claims.
- Providing commercial support to the client’s team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong final account negotiation skills.
- Experience in the assessment and negotiation of construction claims.
- The ability to work independently and confidently with stakeholders.
Pay: £400.00-£500.00 per day
