Role: Sales Consultant
Working hours: 40 hours per week - Working 5 out of 7 days Monday - Sunday
Salary: £25,500 depending on experience (OTE up to £40,000)

What you’ll be doing:
· Dealing with storage enquiries - there is no cold calling!
· Advising customers on the best storage solution to fit their needs
· Selling merchandise and insurance
· Booking removals jobs
· Ensuring excellent customer service and complaint handling
· Office administration
· Managing stock levels of packaging supplies
What we’re looking for:
· Experience in a retail sales / customer service role
· Confident sales skills, both in person and on the phone
· An enthusiastic and friendly manner with a positive attitude
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Honed organisation and time management skills
· The ability to work both within a small team and independently
· A keen desire to learn and develop new skills

Working hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am - 6pm (either early shift 8am - 5 pm or late shift 9 am - 6pm )
Saturdays - 9 am - 3 pm (working 1 in 3)
Sundays - 10 am - 2 pm (working 1 in 4)
