Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly service.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and MOTs.
- Preparing estimates and explaining work required in a clear and honest manner.
- Liaising with technicians to keep customers updated on vehicle progress.
- Managing workshop schedules and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently.
- Raising invoices and processing payments.
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Building long-term relationships through outstanding customer care.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems and workshop management software.
- Knowledge of BMW vehicles is an advantage but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
