We are recruiting caring and motivated SEN Learning Support Assistants for a specialist school in Croydon (CR0).

Duties
- Provide classroom support for pupils with a range of SEN.
- Assist with individual learning programmes.
- Encourage communication, independence and confidence.
- Support behaviour management strategies.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
Candidate Profile
- Previous SEN or education experience preferred but not essential.
- Positive, patient and resilient.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (UDS) or willingness to apply for one.
