Axcess Employment is seeking 2 Labourers for ongoing commercial refurbishment work in Torbay.
Please note: One of these positions is a driving role using a company van. Applicants for this role must:
- Over 25 years of age or over (for insurance purposes).
- Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
We are looking for reliable individuals with a positive, can-do attitude who can work professionally as part of a team.
Job Duties
- General labouring duties on a commercial refurbishment site.
- Assisting tradespeople with construction tasks.
- Moving equipment, tools, and materials around site.
- Preparing and maintaining work areas and equipment as required.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Own PPE, including RPE.
- Previous labouring or construction experience.
- Good work ethic and a reliable attitude.
Pay Rates
- PAYE: £13.50 per hour, plus holiday pay.
- Self-Employed: £15.50 per hour.
