We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team in a fun after school setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working with children. As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations while ensuring a positive atmosphere for both children and staff.
Duties
- Assist the team in overseeing daily operations of the after school ensuring compliance with early years.
- Supervise and support staff, providing leadership and guidance to promote a cohesive team environment.
- Develop, implement, and review individual care plans any children, ensuring they meet their specific needs.
- Provide support to staff.
- Maintain effective communication with, families, and
- healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff members.
Skills
- Proven experience in working with children a minimum of two years.
- Excellent management skills with prior supervising experience desired but not essential
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills.
