We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to help lead our care team and deliver high-quality, person-centred support to our residents.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living
- Leading and guiding care staff on shift
- Administering medication (where trained)
- Monitoring wellbeing and updating care plans
- Providing companionship and emotional support
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience in a care home or similar setting
✔ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ A kind, patient, and reliable approach
