We are recruiting for an experienced Designer to join Nolte Kitchens. This is role would suit a kitchen designer with a minimum of four years’ experience in the luxury German kitchen design retail market.

Duties
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience + Commission
- Develop comprehensive German kitchen designs using Winner to create detailed layouts and visualisations.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements, providing expert guidance throughout the project.
- Present design concepts clearly, highlighting features, materials, and options that align with client budgets and style preferences.
- Upsell additional products or services by identifying client needs for accessories, appliances, or upgrades that enhance their kitchen experience.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures that reflect current trends and ensure cohesive aesthetics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by maintaining organised schedules, documentation, and communication channels.
Skills
- Proficiency in SketchUp and CAD software to produce accurate 3D models and detailed plans.
- Strong communication skills to clearly present ideas, listen actively to client feedback, and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Multilingual abilities in English and Spanish to broaden client reach and improve service delivery.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, materials quantities, costs, and measurements accurately.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to select appealing products that align with current market trends.
- Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing customer satisfaction.
