SME Sales Executive – Commercial Insurance

About the Role
We’re looking for ambitious, target-driven individuals to join our growing commercial insurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career within a fast-growing, innovative insurance broker, working with SME clients and building long-term relationships.
You’ll manage inbound leads, generate quotes, convert opportunities into sales, and develop strong insurance knowledge to maximise client outcomes and earnings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing new business leads and converting them into sales
- Generating insurance quotes for SME clients
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Developing product knowledge and maintaining compliance standards
What We’re Looking For

- Previous sales experience (insurance experience helpful but not essential)
