To fuel this momentum, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to step into an entry-level Technical Product & Systems Engineer role. You will bridge the gap between technical construction data and internal IT systems resilience, ensuring our products maintain flawless market credibility and our team faces zero tech downtime. 2. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Process standard thermal performance calculations (U-values) and condensation risk analyses to provide frictionless technical support to our sales floor and customers.
- Compile raw testing samples and organize compliance documentation to support our external product certification regimes (BDA, BRE, and CE approvals).
- Manage our daily internal IT ticketing system, resolving routine hardware, software, and network configuration issues to keep our HQ and factory teams highly productive.
- Support the maintenance of our ISO compliance standards (9001, 14001, etc.) by accurately preparing internal audit data exactly to structured checklists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing and Sales teams to deliver flawlessly validated raw technical data sheets and product specifications.
- Maintain clean digital records within our tracking systems, ensuring all software licenses, asset logs, and technical calculations are documented precisely.
3. What You’ll Bring (Requirements)Must-Haves (Essential)
- An "Above-the-Line" Mindset: A natural alignment with core accountability, operating with total ownership, accountability, and responsibility (O.A.R. mode).
- Airtight Detail-Orientation: A natural precision-seeker who checks calculations twice and takes pride in zero-error documentation.
- Basic IT Troubleshooting Skills: Experience diagnosing common office tech issues, managing user permissions, and maintaining basic business network environments.

- Prior experience or exposure to ISO 9001 or 14001 quality auditing frameworks.
- Construction & Thermal Knowledge: Practical understanding of building envelope performance, insulation, or retrofit assessor principles (such as Elmhurst Energy, SAP, or OCDEA-equivalent concepts).
- Certified training in U-value calculation methodology or retrofit assessment (e.g., Elmhurst Energy credentials).
- A degree or technical qualification in Construction, Building Services, or Engineering.
