Libertine Burger is an award-winning independent burger brand with big ambitions. What started on the streets has grown into multiple restaurants and food trucks, and we're looking for Front of House Team Members to join our team at our Leamington Spa restaurant.
We're looking for people who are friendly, energetic and genuinely enjoy working with people. You don't need years of hospitality experience – we're much more interested in your attitude, personality and willingness to learn.
What will you be doing?
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be an important part of the experience our customers have with Libertine.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming customers and making them feel at home.
- Taking orders and processing payments accurately.
- Preparing and serving drinks.
- Delivering food to tables and ensuring customers have everything they need.
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and looking its best.
- Helping the team keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
- Dealing with customers in a friendly and professional way.
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver great service.
You'll be part of a fast-paced team where no two shifts are quite the same. When we're busy, you'll need to stay calm, work quickly and support the people around you.
